The Hôtel des Marronniers is one of the secrets whispered in the streets of Paris. Tucked away at the end of a small courtyard on Rue Jacob, its quietude and unsuspected treasure are surprising. From the wooded reception area, you can glimpse a covered garden. Right in the heart of Paris, in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, there is a green setting with two large chestnut trees that offers guests and visitors alike a bucolic, city break.

Next to the hotel, you will find legendary cafés (Les Deux Magots, Café de Flore), the Saint-Germain-des-Prés church, booksellers and art galleries. No need to take public transportation if you enjoy walking, but there are metro and buses all around the Hôtel des Marronniers.

This historic building has 36 rooms. Whether overlooking the courtyard or the garden, the only difference is the view. Colorful floral fabrics, exposed beams and a softly romantic ambience. Each room is fully equipped with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower or bath, free WiFi, Chromecast, individual air-conditioning, courtesy tray, heating, safe, blackout curtains… Families will particularly appreciate the triple rooms (Deluxe rooms) or the hotel’s only Family room. A cot and baby equipment can be provided on request.

Breakfast at the Hôtel des Marronniers is very much appreciated. In fine weather, having breakfast in the garden is a special treat. Served between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m., in your room, on the veranda, in the garden or in the vaulted lounge in the basement, breakfast consists of a buffet with table service. On the menu: hot drinks, orange and apple juice, baguette, croissants delivered each morning by our neighboring bakery, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, cheese, cereals, dried fruits, cottage cheese, yogurt… The price is €17 per person, per day and €9 for a child under 12.

The Salon de Thé and the Bar at the Hôtel des Marronniers are open until 11:30 pm all year round, and you will always be greeted with a friendly smile.
